What benefit managers are prioritizing in 2025

As 2025 is well underway, employers are still trying to understand employees' concerns and priorities when it comes to benefits, in order to promote workplace satisfaction and culture.


ADP recently released the seventh edition of its Employee Benefits Survey, with questions about compensation, 401(k) and other savings, flexible work arrangements, mental-health benefits and healthcare, with some of the results differing across genders, as well as across generations.
